Delivery

UK DELIVERY

All Uk orders are sent out in two ways:

For smaller orders we use Royal Mails 1st Class Delivery Service (Arrives normally within 1 to 3 working days once despatched).

For larger / more expensive orders we use the Parcelforce courier service.

All UK delivery's are fully insured.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are charged at a flat rate of 
£1.95 per item and are sent by the following:

Royal Mails Airmail Delivery Service. The target time for international delivery once despatched is three working days for Europe and five working days for Worldwide delivery.

All international delivery's are fully insured.

The maximum value that we can ship internationally is £250.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, at templatetees we offer a 7 day returns policy, simply contact us and return the unwanted product in it's original condition to the return address found on the invoice that came with your order within 7 days of your receipt and we will issue an exchange or refund.

EXCHANGES

When returning an unwanted product, please include a note stating your name, address, order and product number of the item you are returning. You will also need to state which size, colour and design you would like to exchange for. There will be an additional postage fee to send your new order which may vary depending on which country the new order is to be sent to. Once we have received the returned item, your new T-shirt will be posted.

REFUNDS

If returning a product for a refund, please include a note stating your name, address order and product number of the item to be returned. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued to the account used to make the initial payment.
