Simply add your order to the cart and free shipping will automatically be added to your order on checkout. Any orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Royal Mails Special Next Day Delivery Service. This applies to UK orders only.

At templatetees we only charge for the shipping costs and any packaging materials needed. Shipping charges are based on the total order weight. For example the shipping charge for one t-shirt to a uk address would be £1.62 and for two t-shirts the shipping cost would be £2.14 and so on. We try to be fair so you keep coming back!

UK SHIPPING

Uk orders have two shipping options available:

Royal Mails 1st Class Delivery Service (Arrives normally within 1 to 3 working days once despatched) is available for orders upto £39.

Royal Mails Special Next Day Delivery Service (Arrives the next working day once despatched) is available for orders upto £2500 and a signature will be required upon arrival.

All uk delivery's are fully insured.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders have two shipping options available:

Royal Mails Airmail Delivery Service (Arrives normally within 1 to 3 working days once despatched) is available for orders upto £39.

Royal Mails Airmail International Signed for Delivery Service (Arrives the next working day once despatched) is available for orders upto £250 and a signature will be required upon arrival.

All international delivery's are fully insured.

The maximum value that we can ship internationally is £250.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase when it arrives, at templatetees we offer a 7 day returns policy, simply contact us and return the unwanted product in it’s original condition to the return address found on the invoice that came with your order within 7 days of your receipt and we will issue an exchange or refund.

Exchanges
When returning an unwanted product, please include a note stating your name, address, order and product number of the item you are returning. You will also need to state which size, colour and design you would like to exchange for. There will be an additional postage fee to send your new order which may vary depending on which country the new order is to be sent to. Once we have received the returned item, your new T-shirt will be posted.

Refunds
If returning a product for a refund, please include a note stating your name, address order and product number of the item to be returned. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued to the account used to make the initial payment.
